I am new to the choir this year (Sop), and I'm finding it difficult to learn Sit Down Your Rockin the Boat from just listening to the concert recording. I don't find it an easy song to pick up.

Unfortunately there is no backing rehearsal tracks available for this song. There is a section in the members site which is Last Year’s Songs which has rehearsal tracks for parts for 3 songs we are performing-
