Rehearsals 2026
Each rehearsal is taken by our Musical Director Geoff Robinson and piano accompanist Jen Rewell, who work together to teach each song to the choir. Each choir member has the music score, and we learn at a pace that suits the choir.
We rehearse on Thursdays 7.30 - 9.30pm at the
Community of Christ 48 Lombardy Street Woodlands.

Meet The Choir Directors

Geoff Robinson
Geoff has been singing in choirs since he was 8 years old. His love of choral music & great harmonies has kept him involved in exploring many genres of music from Classical through to modern styles, but his passion is very much showtunes.
For this reason he has decided to share his love of music with others in creating the WA Show Choir.
"Everyone has an individual voice. You may think it to be small, but when joined with other voices, can make a huge difference."
Geoff is really excited to hear this great sound that the WA Show Choir will produce this year with such a great song selection for 2024.
It's going to be great fun!
Don't miss this opportunity

Jen Rewell
Jen has been a confident pianist from a young age. She has a nuanced and energetic performance style which won many eisteddfods when she was growing up in the southwest of WA. She studied with Jana Kovar after moving to Perth to attend university in the 1990s, studied voice with Megan Sutton, and was a committed member of Perth Undergraduate Choral Society (PUCS). Her work as a journalist and writer led her down a different path, and for many years she played piano only for her own sanity and for the amusement of her children. A chance meeting with Geoff (their children attended the same primary school) led to an invitation to accompany the Moonlighters choir in 2012. That was a lot of fun, and of course led to the foundation of the WA Show Choir. She has since been informed that most choir accompanists sit quietly and do not banter with the Musical Director, nor correct their counting, nor interrupt the choir with operatic Miss Piggy impersonations.
